NOTE: If you are outside of the United States, please contact your local Wheatstone dealer to obtain a Return Authorization. You will return the product to your local dealer, and they will handle getting it to and from the factory for you.
TIP: It is recommended that, if you haven’t spoken with Tech Support about your product issue, you give us a call to explore whether there may be something you can do locally to resolve the issue before shipping it to us. Someone in Tech Support will review each RA request to see if appropriate attempts have been made to effect repairs locally before shipping anything to the factory. SERVICE RATES: Any work that is not covered under warranty (including but not limited to problems caused by liquid spills and lightning damage) will be billed at our regular repair rate. The repair rate is $216/hour plus parts, any applicable tax, and return shipping. Return shipping will be made at the same priority (ie. ground, overnight, 2 day, etc.) as was used to ship the equipment to us.
If no fault is found with the equipment, the hourly labor used to test the equipment will still apply. The minimum bench charge is one hour.
